Abstract:
There was consider the action in the Spanish-American War of 1898 Spanish and American armed vessels and auxiliary cruisers. In total, during the war both sides mobilized several dozen similar vessels, made a significant contribution to the development of naval warfare. Both sides were not ready to mobilize such a large fleet, overcoming numerous difficulties with arms, completing and organization of activities of their vessels.
